Uniform & Grooming
The importance of the correct uniform and grooming is part of the dance discipline as it encourages unity and professionalism. Also, a uniform enables the teacher to see clearly the dancer's lines and posture.
All students are required to wear the correct uniform to all regular classes, coaching, and exams.
Students should be fitted with the correct size footwear and dancewear for a safe and successful dance practice.
Hair should be securely fastened into a neat ponytail and a bun for ballet class, off the face, eyes, and neck. For health and safety no jewelry/watches to be worn during the lessons as they may cause an injury.
We highly recommend that all dance clothing (cardigans, leotards etc.) and shoes are clearly labeled with the student's name.
